RETREAT PROGRAMME and COST
Sunday 19th April: Guests are welcome from 4pm
There will be an opportunity to meet Sarah, the workshop leader,
to raise any questions or concerns you have (privately)

7pm: Welcome and Introductions
Prosecco or Mocktail with nibbles, followed by supper


Monday 20th – Friday 24th April:
7.30am: Optional morning meditation 8.00am: Breakfast
9.00am: Workshop with Sarah part 1 11am: Morning break with refreshments
11.30am: Workshop with Sarah part 2 1.30pm: Lunch

Afternoons: Free time for dune or beach walking, resting, reading, cycling,
or going into Borth or Aberystwyth on foot, by car, bus or train.
Depending on weather and tide conditions, it MAY be possible to bodyboard/surf/swim.

It may also be possible to paint pottery at ‘Blue Island Ceramics’, 50m from ‘Linkside’.
It
’s a very relaxing way to spend a few creative hours! (extra cost from £7)
You may also book a private afternoon appointment with Sarah (extra cost)

Please note the organisers reserve the right to adjust the programme and timings

Evenings: Supper is provided.
However, if any evening you fancy doing
‘your own thing’, there are a few pubs in Borth that serve food.
Borth also has its own stunning Boutique Cinema showing the latest films.
There are also lots of places to eat in Aberystwyth.


Meals: All meals will be vegetarian. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.

Costs: The Retreat price includes all meals, refreshments, hot and cold drinks, workshops and an e-workbook with exercises. We ask guests to bring along their own alcohol of choice. Bedding, towels and basic toiletries are provided.
