(Steps To a Healthy Body)

How do your feet feel (and look)?
Do they get the movement and stimulation they need to be in good shape? 
  • The natural shape of the human foot is the foundation for how we move.
  • Restore the function of your feet (and knees, hips, spine, neck) by how you use your feet.
  • You’ll learn exercises and concepts for specific issues (bunions, plantar fasciitis, etc),
                  and how your feet affect the rest of your body - and vice versa.
 
How you stand upon, pay attention to, and understand your feet can make all the difference.
Be prepared to be barefoot during class.
