Are you concerned about hip pain, osteoarthritis, hip replacement, or back pain? Learn what causes hip degeneration and what you can do about it.

  • Learn how to walk, sit and stand (and squat) in ways that prevent and relieve hip pain and back pain, by balancing the forces around your pelvis and core.
  • Practice targeted exercises and self-bodywork, learn concepts and skills to relieve the damage done by chronic chair-sitting and compensation movement patterns.
  • Use your strong butt muscles and abdominals to do the work they’re meant to. (Hint: it depends on the position of your bones.)
