Did you know that most back (knee, arm, neck, hip, toe...) pain – in fact, most chronic musculoskeletal pain – can be improved or cured by learning and applying a few basic principles of natural alignment and movement?
 
Most of the aches and pains we think are from aging are actually caused by decades of overusing certain parts of our bodies while not using other parts at all!
 
Did you know that as long as we are living organisms the cells that make up our bodies are constantly dying off and being replaced? This means that up until we cease to live we are in a constant state of change. The parts of us that don’t move will gradually change for the worse, but when we learn how to find and begin moving those parts they can gradually change for the better.
 
Restorative Movement teaches you the principles of how to find what parts of you haven’t been moving, gentle exercises to bring all parts of you into your movements, and simple changes you can make in your everyday life to restore your birthright of natural alignment and pleasure in your body.
