trip to greece Terms and conditions

if you go on this trip to greece, you accept these terms and conditions:

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your space. 

Final Balance Policy: Final payment must be received by August 1, 2015 in order to qualify for the early registration cost. 

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: August 1, 2016. Full balance due by August 1, 2015. 
After August 1, add $200 to the pricing plan.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of your cancellation your entire payment will be refunded, less the $300 deposit, if the cancellation is made before August 20, 2015. Between August 20 and September 10, 2015, you may be refunded 50% of your entire payment. Payments are non-refundable after September 10, 2015.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance for your trip is strongly recommended. (Lonely Planet recommends World Nomad Insurance.) 

Personal Responsibility: All that Sarah Kotzamani is providing is in the "INCLUDED" column below. Everything else is your responsibility. If you have more questions, you are welcome to contact Sarah!
INCLUDED:
- 7 nights lodging at Cavo Perlevos Studios  
- 6 days of 2 classes per day
- unspecified as yet excursions (at least two)
- I will provide one set of 2 Yoga Tuneup® balls
- Transport in between ferry harbor at Korissia and Cavo Pervelos at Otzia (on arrival and departure).

NOT INCLUDED:
- Anything other than what's stated in the left hand column,          such as:
- Cost of Food, Transportation, or Gratuities
- Child care
- Insurance
- You will bring your own exercise props (exception: Yoga Tuneup® balls).
